Millars Law is Making Headlines Once Again!
The former Sarnia Fire Chief re-appeared in court yesterday alongside Phillip Millar. During this session, Phillip Millar asked Justice Bruce Thomas to hold Patrick Cayen’s new trial before a new judge and jury in a different town.
Thomas is expected to present his decision within the next couple of weeks. Once the judge’s decision is handed down a new trial date will be set.
The case has been ongoing since 2015, and will most likely start up again in the fall of 2018.
