On December 21, 2015 Vanessa Gray and her two supporters Stone Stewart and Sarah Scanlon were alleged to have tampered with Enbridge Inc. Line 9 which ships crude oil product between Sarnia Ontario and Montreal Quebec. The three were arrested and charged with Mischief Endangering Life and Mischief Over $5000. Stone Stewart was also charged with Resisting Arrest. Nick Cake, a lawyer with Millars Law represents the three accused.
The case returned to Court on Friday January 13th and like anticipated, the case was dropped with all charges against three withdrawn.
