He recently moved his practice from Toronto to London to take advantage of the city’s opportunities while continuing to serve clients throughout Ontario.

He approaches family matters with discretion and empathy, recognizing that clients are often navigating one of the most difficult periods of their lives.
Arthur also provides comprehensive support for residential buyers, sellers, and both institutional and private lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions. His practice extends beyond straightforward purchases and sales to include execution removals, survivorship applications, Land Titles Absolute Plus Applications, and parcel consolidations—ensuring clients enjoy a secure and defensible title.
Committed to mentoring the next generation of legal professionals, Arthur has served as an Assessor with the Law Society’s Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University, guiding future lawyers as they prepare for their Call to the Bar. His collaborative approach reflects his belief that when lawyers share knowledge and expertise, they elevate the profession and strengthen the communities they serve.
Beyond the office, Arthur enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring innovations in legal tech, and keeping up with his lively Sphynx cats—who, though clueless about family and real estate law, have mastered claiming every available seat in the house. When he isn’t working, Arthur is usually on a quest for the best local takeout or trying to figure out where the cats have hidden his pens.
