Called to the Ontario Bar in 2015, he has represented individuals, families, businesses, developers, and investors across the province. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, his foresight in preventing potential legal issues, and his dedication to helping clients achieve their goals, Arthur embraces technology while never losing sight of the human side of law. He recently moved his practice from Toronto to London to take advantage of the city’s opportunities—while continuing to serve clients throughout Ontario.

At Millars Law, Arthur provides comprehensive support for residential buyers, sellers, and both institutional and private lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions. His practice extends beyond straightforward purchases and sales to include execution removals, survivorship applications, Land Titles Absolute Plus Applications, and parcel consolidations—ensuring clients enjoy a secure and defensible title.

Arthur’s corporate practice covers incorporations, contract negotiations, shareholder and partnership agreements, and corporate governance. In estate planning, he helps clients craft wills, powers of attorney, and succession plans that protect their interests and provide lasting peace of mind.

Committed to mentoring the next generation of legal professionals, Arthur serves as an Assessor with the Law Society’s Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University, guiding future lawyers as they prepare for their Call to the Bar. His collaborative approach reflects his belief that when lawyers share knowledge and expertise, they elevate the profession and strengthen the communities they serve.

Beyond the office, Arthur enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring innovations in legal tech, and keeping up with his four lively Sphynx cats—who, though clueless about property law, have mastered claiming every available seat in the house. When he isn’t working, Arthur is usually on a quest for the best local takeout or trying to figure out where the cats have hidden his pens.
